Plan Management Overview
Plan Management lets you define subscription tiers with different features, limits, and pricing.
Creating Plans
- Navigate to Admin > Plan Management
- Click New Plan
- Set name, description, and pricing
- Configure feature limits and entitlements
Plan Properties
- Name & Description � Displayed to clients during signup
- Monthly/Annual Price � Billing amounts for each cycle
- Agent Limit � Maximum number of support agents
- Storage Limit � Maximum file storage
- Feature Toggles � Enable/disable specific features per plan
- AI Limits � Token quotas for AI features
