Getting Started with Video Studio
Video Studio lets you create professional programmatic videos using Remotion — a React-based framework for rendering videos with code. You can build animated intros, social media clips, slideshows, and more.
Creating Your First Project
- Click Video Studio in the left sidebar
- Click New Project in the top-right corner
- Enter a project name and optional description
- Choose a starter template or start with a blank project
- Click Create Project
My Projects Dashboard
The main page shows your projects as cards with thumbnails. Each card displays the resolution, FPS, and render count. You can:
- Edit — Open a project in the editor
- Delete — Permanently remove a project
Templates
Choose from built-in starter templates to jumpstart your project:
- Hello World — Animated title with spring physics and gradient background
- Logo Reveal — Logo entrance with particle burst and radial glow
- Social Post — Eye-catching social media post with bold animations
- Slideshow — Image slideshow with smooth crossfade transitions
- Kinetic Text — Dynamic kinetic typography with bold text animations
